These Terms govern your use of SyncWealth's website and tools ("the Service"), operated for independent financial advisors, Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), and Registered Investment Advisers (RIAs) in India. By creating an account or using any calculator on this site, you agree to these Terms.
SyncWealth provides financial planning calculators and a white-labeled PDF export feature. Every result — projections, comparisons, ratios, scores — is a mathematical illustration derived from the numbers entered. SyncWealth does not provide investment advice, does not recommend any specific financial product, and does not guarantee that any illustrated outcome will occur.
You are solely responsible for the advice you give your clients, for verifying the inputs and outputs of any calculator before sharing them, and for complying with all applicable SEBI/AMFI regulations governing your ARN or RIA registration, including disclosures made on any PDF you generate through this Service.
You sign in with Google. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of the profile details (name, firm name, ARN/RIA number, logo) you save — these appear on PDFs you export and share with your clients.
Paid plans are billed as described on our Pricing page and processed via Razorpay. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
The SyncWealth name, logo, calculators, and underlying code belong to SyncWealth. Your own firm name, logo, and client data remain yours.
SyncWealth is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, SyncWealth is not liable for any financial loss, decision, or outcome arising from the use of, or reliance on, any calculator result or exported PDF.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
